Decided to go with original choice, but next morning regretted the decision. Should have got a pizza from Via Napoli.
The Crust chain started as an upmarket alternative to places like Pizza Hut, with better ingredients but still with a slick production line pumping out pizzas and delivering them. It had been years since I got a pizza from them but I remember the ingredients being better in the past. Delivery was on time (45 minutes) but the crust had gone a bit soggy. The big problem though is that all the delivery services around now mean that you can get pizzas delivered from any number of good Italian places and it will be better and cost the same as at Crust. It's time for it to reinvent or close.
I love love love the vegetarian supreme pizza they have. I have to admit other crust shops do it better but hey my store is my store so if I want delivery I cant complain. This time ordered the first time a seafood pizza as well. Have to admit wasnt the biggest fan but I still love the supreme in case I didnt say ; Waits are always around an hour but unless you order fast food I think thats what I expect wait wise anyway.
Hard for a fixed formula franchise chain to survive in Crown St I went there and the service was slow and the pizza not hot from the oven something wrong
Ordered online and it said 60 minutes. After complaining twice finally got the pizza two hours later. No good explanation given and full price still charged. Manager said would said complimentary garlic bread which they then forgot. Used to be good service but new owners are terrible, won't be ordering there again.
