Jah's Thai - Surry Hills

$10 lunch specials has most items on the list. (Excluding entrees which are under $10 anyway), came here on Easter Monday. Regular menu prices are too high - stir fry veggie is $15.90? The norm is 11, or 12. Curry puffs are good not baked but fried. The laksa was a big let down!! Would not order again. Tasted like just coconut milk, barely any paste. Was not sweet or spicy or tangy just bland. The noodles were super duper thin vermicelli that don't stand up well in soup- they were thinner than the normal and so were soggy and sad. Such a pity as this is so close to us.

With so much to choose from we finally made the descion to stop at Jah's Thai. If you love your curries they do a $15 drink & lunch special that you just cant argue with.. I went with panang Curry (tofu) and they absolutely nailed it. It certianly hits the spot and didn't cost a small fortune either. I would happily return!

$ 10 L'ora di pranzo ha la maggior parte degli articoli sulla lista. (Tranne gli antipasti, che si trovano ancora al di sotto di $ 10), è venuto lunedì a Pasqua. I prezzi dei menu regolari sono troppo alti - mescolare che Fry-Veggie è $ 15,90? Lo standard è di 11 o 12. I bignè al curry non sono ben cotti, ma fritti. Il Laksa era un grande rami !! Non avrebbe ordinato di nuovo assaggiato come solo latte di cocco, quasi nessuna pasta. Non era dolce o speziato o piccante solo la fd. I noodles erano super duper southner vermicelli, che non si alzano bene nella zuppa - erano più sottili del normale e erano così fangosi e tristi. Quindi troppo male come è così vicino a noi.

Food is well prepared and nicely presented.Smiley Service more obsequious than friendly Huge issue: they push u OUT because they want to close at 10:00 pm.So I had to pay when I just had started my main... no detailed invoice. Client pays and have to leave quickly. .From a promising exp. It turned to be unpleasant.They should explain from which time u may not order long time cooking main or even refuse clients.I would not recommend that place. Not worth it even though food is good and price is reasonable
