Was recommended this place by a colleague so we headed there for lunch one day. Medan Ciak has a number of good selection. Most rice dishes such as the Nasi Lemak, Nasi Padang are put together with all the cooked ingredients on the baine marie. I had the Nasi Padang, big serving of rice served with beef curry, fried chicken, vegetable curry, boiled egg, sambal and cucumber for $12. Very reasonable! Overall food is good. Recommended: 'Lontong Sayur'.  Would have given 4.5 stars if it's not because of that annoying waiter whistling all the time. Please tell him to stop :)

Not bad overall. The chicken though, is not as flavourful as expected. The curry was slightly underwhelming. But the fried rice and noodle were pretty great.

For indonesian food in sydney.. its highly recommended.. taste is very nice.. food quantity is very fullfiling... the only problem is that.. the music is way to loud for a small space.. please put a music that is easy to listen and not too loud Overall.. success terus. Gbu
