The set menu was just the right amount of food in perfectly balanced flavors and proportions. We made us feel happy and happy. You don't leave the feeling blooming or how you've been eating. We look forward to returning!
Very friendly team.. I came before my guests and the boys, where closer and funny. The food was excellent. Highlights for me the two cold seafood courses and the desert (I usually don't have any sweet courses) I also appreciate the extensive wine list that had some hidden treasures. My only criticism would be that I had the feeling that the service had broken out during the progress of the meal. Almost as if they lost interest. But maybe that's just me?
Absolutely wonderful experience. Food was exceptional and service was impeccable. Very recommended.
We were at Nikkei for a birthday dinner. We loved the fusion of Peruvian food along with Japanese flavours and techniques. Every dish delivered delicious, interesting, well presented food. We had the set menu which was well thought through with a nice array of food. And we certainly had enough to eat without it being too much. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. I would like to go back again and try some of the other dishes on the a la carte menu.
Checked out this little quaint resturaunt with my partner for this time. We went on a Thursday night and ordered from the A La Carte menu. It was quite a diverse menu and we were intrigued by the Japanese and Peruvian cuisine fusion something we'd never tried before! The waiters were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a run through of the food and cocktail menu and regularly refilled our waters without us asking (an appreciated gesture) We ordered the ostras a la chalaca, tiradito, pan de yuca, shio koji cauliflower and salchipapas. We also ordered a cocktail each pisca sour and maracuya. Everything tasted delicious! Our favs were the pan de yuca and salchipapas. The oysters were amazing too. Soo fresh! We loved the chill ambience of the place. We were seated in the quiet section so didn't experience as much of the commotion on the other side of the wall. Overall, we had a great time here. Would definitely recommend checking out this place. Our bill came to about $170 but it was worth it given the quality of the food, drinks and customer serivce. We were also well satiated by the end of it!
