The Sydney Rock oysters were freshly shucked and juicy, and my companion enjoyed her creamy, sweet scallops. I indulged in the black ash tortellini filled with smooth potato creme and topped with pecorino and watercress. Our friend couldn't get enough of her pork belly with apple and potato creme. For our main course, we all shared the black kingfish with mussels, potatoes, and peas. Dessert was an easy choice with a delectable banana and maple brulee, topped with toffee, caramel, and walnuts. Overall, we left feeling satisfied and happy with our dining experience.

I ordered the black ash tortellini filled with silky potatoes, cream, and dressed with pecorino water cream. Our waiter recommended the pork belly, which was served with apple potato cream. For dessert, we shared the black kingfish with potato and a baptismal sauce. The meal ended with a choice of delicious banana and maple glasses, toffee, caramel, and walnuts.
