Fishbowl is a casual restaurant that offers healthy fast food options for both dine-in and takeaway. Established in 2016, their goal is to revolutionize fast food by providing quick, fresh, and nutritious meals. Fishbowl specializes in made-to-order Japanese-style salads and bowls using local, Japanese, and sustainable ingredients. Customers can choose from pre-prepared menu items or customize their own bowl. I placed my order online in advance and it was ready in under 15 minutes, making the process seamless. The Surry Hills location where I dined had a trendy atmosphere with bold designs, a neon "sashimi" light, and graffiti-style art. It's the perfect choice for a healthy meal on the go.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I was unsure of what to choose. The female service staff was incredibly attentive and offered some great suggestions. I have to say, the food was both fresh and delicious. The prices were very reasonable, so I definitely plan on returning to this restaurant. The service was top-notch.

Although it's a bit of a trek from my workplace (taking more than 10 minutes to get there), I frequently visit this restaurant because the bowls are delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and I'm satisfied with the portions. The price is a little high if you opt for a "make my own" salad, but the quality surpasses other restaurants. The staff are also very friendly. I particularly enjoy their pumpkins and wasabi crunch spicy soy sauce!

Fresh, healthy delicious. Service was quick and friendly. They even recommended me a nearby park to enjoy the food!

This place is one of my all-time favourite poke places! The miso tahini and roasted sesame seriously brings the bowl to life. Haven't yet had the opportunity to test out the preset bowls, but definitely on the bucket list for the future. The servings are also huge for the price, but the difference between the small and large is, in my experience, negligible for the $4 price difference (so Id recommend sticking to the small since its probably better value). Staff are always attentive as well.
