Se sei dipendente da un caffè, questo posto è semplicemente uno che non può mancare. .
Uno dei versamenti più fluidi che ho provato. Poi si è sentito sveglio in seguito. Visualizza tutti i feedback.
A friend of mine recommended the Reformatory, claiming it served the best coffee in Sydney, which is a HUGE and quite bold statement to make, especially to such a coffee critic. I let him lead the way and we ended up in a strange little... 'standing ' coffee stop that is essentially a converted old driveway with a roof on it. Coffee: 10/10 Boom. They nailed it. With 1 coffee they instantly broke my Top 3 of all time and I can see why they were Beanhunter 's top coffee shop for 2016 a title well deserved. The coffee is strong, smooth and goes down like silk. The cups are the coolest I 've ever seen in a cafe and the presentation was spot on.
Being a hard core long black coffee drinker, this is THE best long black I've had in a long time. Smooth with no acidity. It was served in a very cool mug too. The experience of just standing with a little shelf to lean on,...is all you need. First tried a non seating cafe in Rome nearly 30 years ago. Made sense. Get in, get your good coffee, to stand in or take out, then go. Pick up one of the yummy treats too .. had the Munja Bakehouse FNG fig/nut/grain) slice .. divine. You must go and enjoy.
This place is a coffee addicts haven. They make so many different coffee and although I haven't tried them all, I will for sure. For now I'll rate them on the double shot latte that I ordered, which was really good, the milk was made...perfectly( temperature and texture) the arabica beans coffee I tried was what you expect from a well made coffee, great place.
I know it is a tall claim, but I came here first after searching for best coffee in Sydney. This one came up high on the list. I've been a couple of times since and in my experience it is the best coffee in Sydney....It follows the gormand coffee approach of sourcing, blending and roasting their own beans and experimenting with the combinations to deliver particularly satisfying brews. Hence the name brew lab. As such what is available changes over time and gives you the opportunity to try a lot of different styles if you are a regular visitor. I have never been dissapointed. The reverse- I have always been delighted and go out of my way to come here. The chief roaster is into 70's super heroes and villains, especially the Joker, and so the place is themed. The little cakes and pastries have always been excellent. I quite like the little stand up tables that make the most of limited space. In summary I think it mounts a serious argument for best coffee in Sydney.
An interesting taste of this little hipster coffee bar, but also rough coffee and a but granular, also quite cold.
