Dolore I cocktail sono buoni e i piatti sono deliziosi. Una cosa che mi sorprende è che la tua selezione di sashimi e sushi sia abbastanza grande e uno che ti aspetteresti da un ristorante tradizionale giapponese
We went to Toko on a Monday night and it wasn't busy so we were given a table straight away. There were so many dishes to choose from we decided to go with the $78 chefs tasting menu. It started with pacific oysters that were fresh shucked and tasty. The sliced kingfish with yuzu and chives was a good combination of delicate flavours. It was =followed by the seared beef with pickled onions, mizuna and garlic chips which was one of the highlights of the night. All of the sashimi and seafood was extremely fresh and to a high standard. The venison with uni butter and daikon had lots of flavour and the scallops with sweet pickled apple and jalapeno garlic was also a hit. The tempura zucchini flowers was probably my least favourite dish as the feta felt out of place with the rest of the menu. We finished with the perfectly cooked marinated lamb cutlets that was served with a lovely chilli miso and pickled eggplant. By the time dessert was served we were full and struggled to get through the coffee mousse, chocolate sorbet, honeycomb and whisky foam as it was quite large and rich. This place is one of my top three Japanese restaurants in Sydney as it has an extensive menu with high quality fresh produce and good atmosphere.

Il posto sembrava fantastico! Non prendi prenotazioni e il ristorante era veloce. Il cibo era incredibile !!! Tutto ha un buon sapore, specialmente i fiori di zucchine ...
Toko, un giapponese contemporaneo, un buon ristorante situato nel cuore di Surry Hills. Per quanto riguarda i primi visitatori, il mio amico e io abbiamo deciso di provare il menu degustazione, che comprende 10 piatti, dai frutti di mare crudi alla zuppa di miso. Il cibo ha un sapore ridicolo delizioso e fresco. Il servizio era eccellente, e il mio bicchiere d'acqua è stato continuamente riempito durante la notte. Dolore Dolore La porzione era piccola, che mi ha costretto a masticare così lentamente per ospitare tutta la bontà dentro mentre si chiedeva: "Perché solo due capesante / salmoni, ecc.". Ma penso che questa esperienza dovrebbe quindi godersi l'arte della cucina. Il cibo eccezionale e la grande azienda fa davvero la differenza.
