Vacanza Pizzeria - Surry Hills

One of the best pizzas I remember. tastefully with a basic that had the perfect amount of crispy. chose the “Da Franco” with burrata three times smoked ham and would highly recommend burrata is amazing! restaurant is byo, which is also a plus.

Great pizzas on excellent thin chewing bases. Although vacanza says that is less and I could have managed more toppings, there were more than average toppings for this type of pizza and the topping quality and taste was incredible. the prices are similar to the elite pizzas in the cheaper suburbs, so must be a tasty for surry hills or bronte, except that the pizzas but nothing else on the menu bizarre use prices with the in tiny letters on the menu. the lasagne was boring, light on meat and taste, so they stay at the pizzas.

Came back after a few years of absence. Pizza is still very solid. Same atmosphere, as I remember, service friendly. Ordered a couple of their pizzas as well as a starter, and none of them disappointed. Reservation is a must. We went on a Tuesday and it wasn’t too hard to find a table.

You can 't walk by Vacanza and be jealous of the food. There 's a great vibe to the place that screams 'dine here. ' Over the years I 've been a number of times with family, on dates and with friends. It 's BYO which makes for a fun local restaurant, and they take pride in their food. Must try? Pizza pizza pizza. Oh and their cheese selection is pretty amazing too.

Very popular and packed place. Starters and pizza were excellent. All you are looking for in an Italian comfort food place! If you cannot finish, they pack it up for you so that nothing is wasted!
