Bing's Walker - Susanville

Everything was good, but my plate came 7 minutes after everyone else was there and it was hardly warm. I ate some of me and took the rest home. The food had a good taste when it was warmer. Would I go back there? No, the food was cold and the price was high. Happy garden for me next time.

Okay, so I got sick with a sine and a chest. I ate the chicken ramen several times and I swear it helped so much to be sick. Besides being sick, the food is excellent here. From Bento Boxes to Ramen to their amazing avocado salad... everything if it is stellar food and excellent service!!

Eating was amazing with many different options. We have the King Kong deep-fried sushi, full of taste! Fed three people for under $70! We will return!!!

Let's go. Susanville needs Bings! Happy to have a real alternative to the selection of foods in the area and will support Bings for this reason alone (additional to our Primo Boardroom and White House offers... now we only need a live entertainment room and decent water hole (remember the Pioneer?). Seafood is fresh, look right and are prepared accordingly as sushi must be. Watch the work of the chief, beautiful knife handling and assembly and proportions. Rice is also correct (which is as critical as seafood is fresh). The staff is polite and welcoming. The food is great! All it should be (recognizing this is Susanville and not The city, regardless that this place rocks sushi and sashimi!!!

We finally have a great sushi restaurant in Lassen County. So good, it's fresh and good atmosphere.
