Jack In The Box - Susanville

The server had a nasty attitude, im assuming, because I had a Christian shirt on the cook, and the server literally threw my food and all i said was good morning and made my order so im guess it was the shirt or they don't like us old folks

I ordered a double jack Friday evening and it was the only place we ate at I ended up with food poisoning never will I eat at this establishment.

There was a hair in a chicken sandwich! And of course it had to be in my spouse's.. instant turnoff

The food was made well. They made a mistake on our order and they more than fixed it. The gal at the front counter was AWESOME, she made sure we were taken care of. The workers were doing well and they were encouraging each other the whole time to get the food out. Which is nice to hear, we could tell they really cared about getting the food to us. It was really busy but they kept up and had great attitudes. I wasn’t really in the mood for Jack but it’s nothing they did. The atmosphere was really cool and that is refreshing!Kid-friendliness: It’s great for kids here, plenty of space.
