Kopper Kettle Cafe - Susanville

This restaurant serves food in house style and it is quite good overall. like these, with the exception of black bear diner, are difficult to find in the larger metropole regions. I enjoyed my meal, the service was great, the moats and the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the prices are pretty good. they also have a selection of delicious desserts. while I had no breakfast for dinner, it was available anyway and I am motivated to go out of this ground again in the near future.

Good service, decent eating, a little expensive, but overall a good place to eat.

I was disappointed today. The coffee was cold but the hot chocolate was so hot it burned my grandsons mouth. I ordered bacon extra crisp and I got some very floppy bacon. After I paid the bill I went to a store and I noticed my ATM card was missing. I got the receipt but I am not sure about the card. I went back and the waitress was not very helpful. She said she placed it on the counter. It's been an hour and I still cannot locate the card. I had to make her take my name and number just in case someone turns it in or it's found. I was just put out on the service. I still left a decent tip but I don't think I will go back anytime soon.

This was one of the only restaurants available during the snow storm. Staff was super rude, didn’t greet us at the door and pretended like we didn’t exist. The restaurant was NOT busy and we waited forever for a table. 3 out of 4 of our orders were wrong, and the food was cold. We sent one thing back, and could hear staff talking about us. Bathroom didn’t even have soap! Save yourself some money and go to McDonald’s.

Whenever I eat someplace for the first time and they have fish and chips I've got to try them. First let me say, this place has a great atmosphere. Very friendly and just an all around nice place. But the fish and chips were the worst. I will however go back and try one of the burgers. I think the fish is some kind of Walmart frozen thing and they deep fried it. Still not sure though. The burgers look really good!!!
