Starbucks - Susanville

The staff at this location seem to be confused about the difference between mocha and caramel. They also forgot to include straws with my order. I won't be returning to this place.

I've visited this place several times, and the service is consistently excellent. The drinks and food are what you'd expect from Starbucks, though nothing particularly special. It's great to see that the staff enjoy working together and have a good rapport.

Who doesn't enjoy Starbucks? Every time I've visited, it's been quite busy, but that's typical for them. Despite the crowds, they manage to maintain a quick service pace. I particularly like this Starbucks because their outdoor patio tables offer a lovely view of the mountains. Plus, it's conveniently located near Marshall's and Safeway!

Is there a way to give negative stars? This is just your typical Starbucks experience—mediocre products and the only thing they're good at is shuffling customers in and out like cattle.
