Bear Naked Bbq - Susitna

We chose Bear Naked BBQ to cater Residential Mortgage’s 25th Anniversary party. We had the brisket, pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, creamed corn and their amazing sauces. People raved about how delicious the food was! Smartly, we had to go containers and almost everyone took food to go. Troy and Andrea are great to work with on any event. They care very much for the quality of the food and the experience. Whether the event is 25 people or 150 people, they pull out all the stops and we can’t wait to book them for our next event!

We have used Bear Naked Barbeque twice now to cater parties for 30-50 people. We pick up the food and serve it ourselves. It has been excellent, as promised and everyone raves about how good the food is. This time we got brisket, pulled pork, coleslaw, beans, pork rinds and creamed corn. We had so much leftover that we vacuum sealed some of the meats to freeze and enjoy later in the Summer. I highly recommend them to everyone, the price is more than fair, the food excellent and always a bit hit!!!

I'm a researcher, and we were going to see Billy Idol at the Alaska State Fair. I started looking a week ahead and this gem stuck out and did not dissapoint! We got to the fair and saw so much sweets, but that is a standard Fair Food but we wanted kick a foodie food! We made a B-Line for Bear Naked BBQ! Our daughter was our drive home as HELLO Billy Idol! Richard got straight brisket with a Bleu Cheese topping and loved it! Leila and I got the Bear Naked Mistake a pulled pork and beef brisket mix! So good! Sauces were a Spicy Chipolte, Habernaro and standard BBQ. Great smoked BBQ that absolutly, like Billy Idol ROCKED! Seek them out when you can!

We used Bear Naked BBQ for a Christmas party this year. Nobody was disappointed in the food it was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be making this an annual party. Thanks and Troy.

This is absolutely my FAVORITE barbecue truck. And if you live in Alaska you already knows how good it is. But what you may not know is how GREAT they are at CATERING WEDDINGS. We had them cater our wedding last June and people are still telling us how much they loved the food. Another great thing was how stress free the process was. Troy and Andrea are absolute professionals and once you book them, it 's a huge stress relief. They are VERY ACCOMMODATING and really go the extra mile to plan things on your schedule. And if you 're having trouble deciding between all the delicious menu items- Troy will guide you in the right direction. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure the execution was perfect and she NAILED it. We had about 200 guests and the food was right on schedule. Troy and Andrea are also great people and the guests loved how funny Troy was. Finally, not only is the value amazing, but they really emphasize the personal aspects of your wedding. You may not remember who said what during the best man 's speech thirty years from now, but you 'll never forget Bear Naked BBQ.
