Starbucks - Sussex

All employees sing, smile and had fun while they worked. It was nice to see. I came in and spoke to an old friend mother and stayed an hour and half. Great atmosphere and good drinks, obviously

I came here almost every day, but I recently moved away. I would like to say that I never had a bad experience, the staff is other worldly, strong and extremely patient. They always do everything they can to take care of all their customers, even if they have millions of drinks and other tasks to achieve at the same time. I honestly have no idea how they can do it. I would like to thank the staff very much: Lojo, Leah, Kelly, Vaugn, Jada, Alli and Kaley. Drinks are always fantastic and I was never disappointed. Definitely make your regular Starbucks.

Considering the Pewaukee location was CLOSED at 4pm on a Saturday I would have to say my experience was great! The person at the drive thru was amazing and even shared that the Pewaukee location has some major issues. Service was quick and my order was correct HOWEVER my coffee was not hot or even warm, I was not happy with that. It appears that they may have newer management since I was there last maybe 5 years ago since the service was friendly and fast. Not like years ago when the employees couldn't stand the general manager and it showed.
