Fsk Steakhouse Prosecco Mere Green

I booked a table for Valentine's night and received numerous reminders when we arrived at the restaurant, we found it closed for the renovation! very bad communication that could not be communicated to the booking could not be honored! very disappointed and would use again.

I have booked a table in this restaurant for an early Valentine's Day meal, we dived in the restaurant to find that it was closed for the renovation. we had booked the table for over a month and no one could be harassed to contact us to tell us that it would be closed and advised us to meet other arrangements! we need to order home and home! absolutely shocking customer service, I would have thought that a chain like fsk would be decent to inform customers if the restaurant were closed.

We came here a Sunday and found the menu very limited in the choice. some options that we ask on the drinks menu, do not do it anymore, but was still in the menu. starter were not very good, but the main course was quite nice therefore compensated for the bad starter. service was nice, but it was just a waitress on itself.

The service staff were genuinely friendly and very attentive. My steak was beautifully cooked and the sides were very tasty and a bit different.
