New Hall - Sutton Coldfield

Fabulous 2 nights stay. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Staff throughout the hotel and spa go the extra mile and are super friendly. Spa is not the biggest but the treatments we had were really great and very relaxing.

We have celebrated weddings, christening and birthdays at New Hall over the years so it was lovely to bring the family together here for a long overdue lunch. A special shout out to Brooke for all she did in the lead up to the event, for assisting professionally and efficiently with the changes due to illness and for answering our many questions. We can not fault the service, experience, food or environment. Every member of the team, from the guys in the bar to the team at reception and our lunch hosts were warm, friendly and provided impeccable service. Any property in the Maldives would be lucky to have them! The rooms were beyond comfortable, loved the welcome note and amenities provided for Lucy (woof) and fresh milk in the fridge for our morning cuppa also gets a big thumbs up, just wish we could have stayed for longer. In 24 hours we managed to explore the grounds and adjacent country park, utilise the gym and spa facilities and spend quality time with family. If we had to highlight an improvement opportunity, with our sustainability hat on, it would be good to see the single use bathroom toiletries replaced with larger refillable options. Thank you to everyone at New Hall for a memorable weekend, it goes without saying we will be back again!

We recently had our wedding at New Hall Hotel and all I can say is Wow! From start to finish, the venue, the service, absolutely everything was perfect! The service we received from our Co ordinator, Kate, was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make sure the organisation went smoothly. Then on the day, the lovely Isobel helped our dreams come to life! She was incredible, and from the minute I met her, I knew I was in safe hands and that our special day would be amazing. Every single guest commented on how well the day ran, how good the service was and how friendly the staff were. I honestly can't thank everyone at New Hall enough. You made our dreams come true! We cannot wait to visit for our anniversaries in the future. Thank you again Mr Mrs Ward x

I felt special during our overnight visit with dinner on my birthday. A truly beautiful historic hotel. So lovely, including the nicest staff and fab food. I forgot my deodorant, and someone went and found me a can. That was so kind. It truly is a splendid hotel.

Wow. What a spectacular old building. Full of character inside and out. Didn't use a bedroom as it was a day visit. But the rooms I explored were full of history. A place I've put in the memory banks for a future few days stay.
