Scoops 22 - Suttons Bay

The poor reviews of this place are laughable because Scoops 22 and the WOMEN that work their butts off while serving the public here are incredible! As long as there is communication happening because no one can truly read your mind, the service is quick and friendly. The young women you see here are often local high school students choosing to work, make money, and grow, then do other things. Scoops 22 is a wonderful place to enjoy a sweet treat. I LOVE the non dairy options always delicious and a strong variety of other treats. There are picnic tables out front to sit and enjoy, or you can walk around town which most people decide to do. There is free street parking around the building (front, sides, back). They make awesome pup cups and they're open until 9 PM so make sure you stop in and get something good!

Ice cream did not come out right the first time so I asked for clarification if they got my order correct they said “yes”, but I asked them to please remake it since it was not up to its usual standard. I believe it was the owner who gave it back to me and she said “I put the same amount as before, so I hope you’re happy this time.” I expect better customer service, especially for someone that experienced.
