Waffle House - Suwanee

"good eating, but bad service "I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to share my experience. our waitress was rude and we didn't get the right service.

Made an order. If we hadn't been there before anyone else, we'd be there for a while. The cook was slow. Only cooking a meal at a time. Not a full order. The chocolate waffle was made poorly. Waffle was made then the chocolate was put all over the center. Not even spreading it. Not to mention they added way too much it made my stomach upset for a few minutes. I had to toss it out. The waiter look like she was about to blow a fuse at the cook. Which I can understand considering how slow the cooker was making the food. But this makes me glad coming here was only temporary since the other was closed for a holiday.

Very busy place, but food is always good and satisfying. Their Waffle and chili are my favorit.

This review only receives a 2 star rather than 1 to give some type of leniency due to the labor shortage that is going on.Our waitress, Daphne, must have been new to waiting tables because we did not receive refills on our drinks nor were ever checked on after the food was delivered until she came to drop off the bill. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it's a lack of quality training, but then again I could be wrong and it could be a character flaw of hers. I don't know.The food wasn't up to its normal quality, but that's on the cook; not Daphne.

It's like hv'g breakfast with family. The staff is constantly communicating with you, laughing with each other and always making sure that you have anything you need and want?
