Contribuisci feedbackThe service at the restaurant is excellent; however, they often don't answer phone calls to prioritize in-person diners. The only issue I've encountered is that when I drive over there, I find them too busy to answer the phone. It's puzzling why the place is always empty when I arrive. They seem preoccupied with their phones and, unfortunately, they miss out on customers because they don’t accept phone orders.
Simply ordered a breakfast sandwich, coffee and juice to go. There was only one other customer in restaurant. Cashier who took my order was very nice and helpful, the cook on the other hand had an attitude problem, she seemed like she didn't want to be there. I canceled order when it became obvious the cook had issues.. Anyway, I never leave reviews, but this experience was pretty sad. Again, the cashier was very sweet, I felt bad for her having to work with someone like that.
Shout out to this Waffle House and their outstanding staff! I had a huge to go order and they were very accommodating. Thanks Gregg and Bea!
I often stop on my way home to grab an early morning snack. Meeca is the best—she has a fantastic personality. Thank you, Meeca, for providing such excellent service!
I understand that the restaurant is facing staffing issues, which is a common problem these days, but the placement of younger employees leaves much to be desired. Their attitudes are quite off-putting. It seems that the experienced staff members have all disappeared since the COVID crisis in 2020. How come the workers at places like Cracker Barrel, IHOP, and First Watch are still as good as they were before the staffing shortage?
