Zaxby's - Suwanee

Buffalo Bleu salad is pretty good, sorry, I just can 't bring myself to say 'zalad '... The menu is a little simple in my opinion, hence the 4 star rating. I would rather that they keep a simple menu and do it right, however. The decor is wood paneling and local sport-centric, with a splash of vintage advertisements. Every one that I have ever been in is above average clean, and the staff is usually young, but focused on their job. All in all, an above average experience, with quick and good service. The good is good for what it is, but the slice of chewy Texas toast with fake butter is the single downfall to the concept. If the replaced that with some yeast rolls with honey butter, it would be a grand slam, and I would seriously consider a 5 star rating.

Incredible food! The customer service is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had some difficulty choosing my order, but the person at the counter was very kind and helped me out. The food is fresh and seasoned to perfection!

Our only complaint has been that sometimes the lettuce is too wet. We've also noticed that some locations tend to put less chicken in their salads compared to others.

My kids are huge fans of the mac and cheese and chicken tenders. Eating here makes them feel so grown up!
