Annette's Baguettes - Swale

Popped in her for a baguette and drink at lunchtime.. huge choice and staff lovely. We sat outside in the sun ..highly recommended

We had a melon smoothie (not too bad), strawberry milkshake (dull tasteless) and a small slice of lemon drizzle cake (stale). Because not licensed they 're allowed to charge for a cup of tap water. No thank you. Unsmiling service that tends to avoid eye contact. Though we 're local we shall not be returning.

Me and my fiancé were visiting Faversham for the weekend, we were having such a fun and pleasant day. Then we went into this cafe I asked for a iced alternative coffee due to it being a warm day, which the girls behind the counter were more than happy to make for me. Then she came out! I can only describe her as a more masculine looking Michael Barrymore! Barking “No” at me, or “Other places do it differently” I was shocked! Working in central London for over 20 years I’ve witnessed poor customer service, but this! This was just outright rude! I can only wish she goes out of business immediately! There is no place for service like that!!! Coffee was nice, but my 11 year old makes a good coffee! Avoid at all costs

Had a lovely baguette and coffee here recently. Very nice friendly staff. Annette's was recommended to me by her lovely mum Barbara. I will definitely be visiting again.

Just visited this cafe while visiting Faversham for the classic car show. Both my wife and I have just had the best panninis we have ever have. Thoroughly recommend
