All but a few Costas need money spent on them as they are all looking a bit run down. This one is no different, the seats are old now the walls need painting the counter needs updating. Staff are OK, just the company should put some of the profits back into the shops.

This is more specifically for the costa round the Eurolink the staff are so lovely and friendly! Even in the 50p deal everyone was so friendly, we got quick drinks and one lady showed me how to carry 5 coffees in one holder. Amazing makes such a difference. However you are training your staff it is working!!!

I went to the Costa in Princess Retail Park to meet a friend for a coffee! 2 weeks later my friend and I received a parking fine as there is a time limit as I wasn’t aware of! Costa doesn’t want to help and I have appealed and provided evidence I was at Costa the parking company rejected the appeal! Will not be visiting again and want to warm all others!
