Milton Fish - Swale

Used to be the best fish shop in the area, now its the worst! visited recently and I should have walked straight out again, girl serving looked a disgrace with her top covered in grease, ordered what I wanted, got it home and the grease was dripping out of the paper literally, tasted like it had been re-cooked with old fat. never again.

Used to be our goto chippy ,now under new management it is a totally poor experience. Food is kept heated to long and oil seldom changed.false economy tactics!! We have now found the chip shop at periwinkle close about a mile up the road and can't be happier

I’ve not been in here for a long time as been slimming, used to do the most beautiful fish and chips, I was so silly as when I went in the staff looked filthy and so did the shop, I ordered food got home and it was discussing was full of fat and smelt of old smelly fat. my hubby took one look and said I’m not eating that it will make me ill, I felt the same so I threw it away and we had bacon sandwich instead, felt for hubby as it was his birthday and that’s what he fancied, new staff have let this place go avoid think there food will make you Poorly never again

Was passing here and decided to get some fish and chips instead of making an extra journey to our usual takeaway, just wished we had carried on and gone that extra few miles! Sausages are like we've never experienced before and I wouldn't even give them to the dog. The fish was thin (I've seen thicker fish fingers) and was over cooked and rubbery. Plus side is the chips were ok. We made a call of complaint and the owner said he had had complaints about the sausages before !!?! ..so stop selling them! Absolutely awful and a waste of money

I ordered takeout last night and it was disappointing. The fries were lukewarm and the fish seemed like it had been sitting in the display case for too long. Since the new owners took over, the food quality has declined significantly.
