The Chequers - Swanley

Found this pub on google had the best reviews when I am honest. a good meeting point for my friend and I (I live in romford, he in maidstone.) we were only 2 out of 3 people in the pub to the end, but at no time we had the feeling we had to get out. barman was really friendly and helpful and the dame as we were gone was also randomly find, but the first of many visited. highly recommended.

Wow, this charming village pub has transformed for the better in recent months! Jacqui and her team have truly created a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it a wonderful place to visit anytime. We stopped by for a few drinks on Sunday, and the pub was buzzing with a delightful, vibrant ambiance. The Sunday lunch was incredible, and it’s great to see them working hard to serve up some delicious baguettes. Well done, Jac! xx

The restaurant is beautiful, and it was my first visit. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent lunch here yesterday , what a breath of fresh air Jackie has put into this pub , it's clean friendly and also has a fantastic garden , they also ghve all sorts of entertainment and themed evenings , just st how a village pub should be .
