Subway - Swansboro

I was a little worried, since there was no one in the shop to buy subway at 12:30. I mean no one! I went on and got my sub and it was like usual, nothing special but that's just me. My husband loves subway. He thought it was delicious. I just wantedto look at the reviews to see what was going on. I'm guessing covid. I d k!

I was a little worried because no one was loading to buy subway at 12:30. I don't mean anyone! I got my sub and it was as usual, nothing special, but that's just me. he thought it was delicious. I just wanted to see the reviews to see what's going on. I guess kovid. I am!

The young man who served me was friendly, courteous and knows his job...very pleased.

I drove over to this location after having a bad experience at the Cape Carteret location. When I walked in, there was 2 girls taking their time making 2 other sandwiches (they actually care! . They were quick to get their other coworker to take my order so I had no wait. After I started to order, it came up in conversation that I had drove from the other location after receiving bad customer service. After finding this out, he went above and beyond with customer service. He took time making my sandwich right and making sure I had everything I needed for my meal. I didn't interact much with his coworkers but even they were being helpful when I asked him a question. The workers here without a doubt deserve a raise as they work way beyond their pay grade. The customer service by itself is enough to make me come back, let alone how clean this location always is. Additionally, they were at work on Christmas Eve and kept very positive attitudes and maintained amazing customer service. I cannot express enough how much I recommend this location.

Horrible service. Only 1 person making the subs. We stood at the counter for 30 minutes and they never even acknowledged we were there. They were too busy doing online orders to bother with the customers in the actual shop. Very disappointed...ended up going to Jersey Mike's where we were in and out with our food within 5 minutes.
