Taco Bell - Swansboro

I couldn't eat the taco because it was too greasy. The grease had soaked through the shell and dripped out when I took a bite. The service was for dining in during lunch. The price per person was between $10 and $20.

The employees are not always friendly or professional, as they often complain in front of customers and prioritize chatting among themselves over assisting guests. Overall, the food was average, the service was poor, and the atmosphere was lacking.

I always receive good, prompt, courteous service here. Food is always fresh and hot. I 've been eating here almost daily as I bought the $10 one free taco a day for 30 days deal. My elderly mother and I stopped in for a quick bite. We went inside because they were not too busy at the time. There were a few people who had already been helped and waiting for their food. We stepped to the side to view the menu and not be in the way if others came in. We took several minutes to make our choices and then stepped up to the counter to place an order. After standing there for about nearly 20 minutes and having several staff members pass by the counter, look at us, then continue about their way without so much as a hello or someone will be with you in a moment, and having on more than one occasion approached the counter to bring up food from the line for another customer or walk out into the lobby and back never greeted us or offered to take our order. I'm sorry, if you don't have time to take my order, let me know someone will help me in a moment, say hello or at least acknowledge that I am there. I don't have time to spend my money on what you're serving. This location used to have relatively fast and friendly service. However, the last two visits were not at all like the one's prior. I like having options for different kinds of foods and a variety of places to grab a quick satisfying meal. I sincerely hope that the non-service we received isn't the acceptable new normal way of doing business for this location. If so, me and my dollars will surely go somewhere else.
