Mcdonald's - Swansea

There was a horrible sewer smell coming from the ladies room that pushed through the restaurant. They brought out our meal with a whisper level at best. When we didn't get our drinks and asked about them, the waitress told us just a minute while she went over and shook hands with her friends at the other table. No other employees interacted with us and were all on their phones whenever we went to get something we needed. Being from out of town, that was the worst McDonalds experience we have ever had.

Workers in there should not be on their cell phones while working with food, tonight i went through there and the young guy at the window basically threw my food at me almost causing me to drop it just so he could get back to using his phone ill be contacting corporate about the issue

Just went to this location. The staff on this shift was extremely rude. The speaker wasn't working, so I drove up to the first window, and the young man didn't say sorry or explain anything, just took my order. The young lady at the second just handed me my food and turned around to continue her conversation. I don't expect everyone to always be in a good mood, but that was not my favorite visit.

This has to be the worst location in the area in terms of management and quality of service. They get bogged down by more than a handful of orders and slow to a crawl. Literally. I've seen them walking orders out to cars they parked from the drive thru and they're walking with the urgency of molasses. 5 cars in the drive thru and 4 get parked. The owner doesn't respond to complaints and if they do they'll promise free food they'll never actually give you.The staff doesn't care, they aren't interested in getting food out quickly, and they're so incompetent they can't manage the difference between a Honey Packet and a Honey Mustard cup, and that's if they give you any sauce at all. 0/10 avoid this location.

Sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes. Cashier at the drive through did not bother to finish my order. I had to ask them if she had even received my order. Then when I get to the window, my order is incorrect. Not one word from the cashier at the second window, either. Very rude, very unprofessional. It will be my last time ever coming to this McDonald's.the service here is just pathetic.It's order number 1330 if you want to check the receipt.Ks#13. 10/08/2023. 09:06am
