Subway - Swansea

Overall, the subs were decent. However, the wraps were somewhat disappointing; I have no idea how they managed to turn the largest wrap I've ever seen into a tiny portion. We ended up having to buy two wraps instead of splitting one for our kids as we had originally planned. On the positive side, the service was quick, the store is spacious, and the staff was friendly.

The gentleman at the sandwich bar was very friendly and efficient, managing to serve all the customers by himself. He also had a great personality. The variety of breads available was impressive, which is often not the case in most Subway locations.

It's true that Subway Swansea had a terrible reputation under its previous owners, and it’s no surprise they were let go. However, the new owner is genuinely working hard to make improvements, and the quality has significantly increased. From what I've heard, the new owner is relatively young and still finding his footing, but I believe Swansea should show him some support. I visited over the weekend, and the food was fantastic. (I have no affiliation with the store).

The atmosphere was intriguing, with a teenage boy behind the counter who wasn’t wearing a subway uniform, just a Rick and Morty hoodie. He had long, unkempt hair that was all over the place, and I noticed he didn’t have a hairnet on as it seemed to be flying around the food. It made me wonder if he was actually working there or just helping out for a moment.

Overall, the subs were decent, but the wraps were a bit questionable. We had no idea how they managed to turn the biggest wrap we've ever seen into the smallest one! We planned to share a single wrap between us and our kids, but ended up with two instead. On a positive note, the service was fast, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly.
