Chicken King Kebab House - Swansea

Absolutely stupid delivery time, its an 11 minute drive that took them nearly 3 hours to deliver, a complete joke, rude staff and missing food, given them a few chances now, enough is enough

I ordered food for delivery to my hotel. The food arrived late, overcooked and cold! Worst of all though, as I picked up a piece of chicken I noticed something orange underneath it. I picked it up and realised it was a used plastic toothpick!

Tired ordering for here even though it is in the catchment area to where we are they stated when called they cancelled order due to it being 15Mins away from us and that they were busy despite the fact they are open until 2AM and we put order in at 12:15AM there shouldn’t be a issue as they still have 1hour 45mins of service left avoid with all costs as they were also ignorant on the phone to us. Spoke to manager and they said the driver that dictated they would deliver and to me that is poor management won’t rush back at all.

The fly was probably more flavoursome than the watery curry chips I ordered. Also took over an hour to get here so, can’t even find a pro.

Last night I ordered a meal from king chicken through the just eat app, extremely disappointed because we were looking forward to a nice takeaway, but nothing showed up! We paid for our meal and got an estimated delivery time but we had not received anything all night, and did not get our money back. I am very annoyed because we attempted to call the restaurant at least 20 times within two hours and we were sent straight to voicemail every time. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant because you’ll lose money and the customer service has not even been tolerable.
