Mcdonald's - Swansea

I am not a big fan of McDonald's, but we only go there for the grandchildren. Today was a disappointing experience. It was very crowded, so we had to wait in the parking lot, resulting in our food being cold by the time we received it. Additionally, when we got home, we realized they had forgotten to include my grandson's Big Mac in the bag, despite including his chips and drink. In the end, I had to give him my burger and settle for just chips. Overall, not impressed with this visit.

No play area for my little one very disappointed no reciept luckily I guessed which order was mine looking at the current reviews won't be back McDonalds look at your reviews something clearly is very wrong here

How disappointing!!! Haven’t had a quarter pounder for many years and never again !! The burger was like cardboard and there was one piece of gherkin the size of a two pence piece and three bits of onion inside. Terrible !! Burger King here we come

Wow worst experience and definately put me off returning. Had to walk up to the drive thru to ask where my order was, and numerous other people were having to do the same. Food was poor too, never been a great fan of the fries, but it was as if these were triple cooked, but cold aswel, covered in grease. Worst food ever, and it's done me a favour as it's so easy to go here for convenience, but no more.

I went to this McDonald's and they never have milkshakes or McFlurries working. I drove to the McDonald's in Morfa and everything was working great there.
