Nando's - Swansea

This place is seriously bad, it's dirty, food is awful and the service is.....what service, basically non existent. This was our first visit to Nando's and will most certainly be the last. Don't waste your well earned money, I would rather go to a burger van and sit in our vehicle and eat, than go to Nandos again.

Absolutely disgusted, delivery driver game is the wrong item despite me giving my name. When I phoned up I was told I could not receive my food, and it would take 24 to 48 hours to get back to me. The food was terrible and inedible as we had one vegetarian and a diabetic who didn’t get there food. Medically, food wise and customer service a complete failure

We loved our chicken pittas. Visited last month and will definitely be back soon again. Staff friendly and inviting.

Absolutely excellent place for a big group 10 of us) to get a great value meal. Everyone got food at the same time. Very tasty and staff were very good despite it being very busy

My husband and I stopped visiting Nando's during Covid due to their over zealous interpretation and implementation of restrictions. We'd been told to wait outside on a cold, dark, rainy evening until our table was ready despite people being allowed inside to collect Take Aways. Needless to say, we didn't wait and I vowed to never darken their doors again. This was a shame as Nando's always suited our ketogenic way of eating so well. However..... yesterday I was in town with my husband..... and we were hungry, Nando's was open.... so thought we'd give it another try. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly, cheerful young lady (Katie) who showed us to a table straight away. She explained how to order from the App but also explained that to use emergency services discount, I would need to order at the counter She had recognised me as a previous visitor to her primary and secondary schools. Now in her twenties, I was delighted that I obviously haven't changed at all . She took time to answer our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. Our food arrived hot and fresh, perfectly cooked and mouth wateringly tasty. We met several other members of staff during our visit, all of whom were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. This really does make a difference to me as I like to feel like a valued customer when I visit a restaurant and Nando's staff all seemed to strive to make sure their customers are satisfied. I couldn't fault the cleanliness of the restaurant, the standard of the food or the attitude of the staff. So, suffice to say, our faith in Nando's is restored and we will be back.
