Thank you.
This charming little café offers an excellent selection of breakfasts and sandwiches. They serve afternoon tea for approximately £20 per person. There's also a wide variety of coffee and tea, as well as milkshakes and soft drinks. It tends to get quite busy early in the morning, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, so making a reservation is recommended.
I visited this lovely restaurant several times and have never been disappointed. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. For Mother's Day this year, I decided to treat my mom and grandma to a delightful afternoon tea, and what we received was truly phenomenal! There were five of us, and we all enjoyed our snacks, which were outstanding. A big thank you to Donna, Sharon, and the entire team. I can't wait to return soon!
The food is great, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and the staff are friendly. However, it's not accessible for those with disabilities or mobility challenges, as the restrooms are located outside and require navigating many steep steps. Additionally, making a reservation can be quite frustrating, as they rarely answer the phone and often take days to get back to you. It's unfortunate, because when everything is working well, it can be quite a lovely experience.
