We struggled to find a clean table. Eventually ordered boneless chicken, very average meal. Unfortunately, after leaving, we were both violently sick and experienced extreme diarrhea. I'd saved some of the chicken for the dog, she was also afflicted with diarrhea. Avoid this place, it's disgusting!
Usually quite good here but last visit was appalling. Nearly 90 minutes to get food and we only ordered 2 things. Daughter crying and when the food arrived we were accused of not being at the table or having ordered food to the wrong table. We ordered via the app and the drinks arrived pretty quickly (so couldn't have been at the wrong table but the food service was rubbish. And staff quite rude. Only excuse given for the slow service was that it was busy. Yes it was busy but not excessively so with several empty tables. And when I went to ask about the time delay on the food there was 4 kitchen staff chatting in the kitchen (it is open plan and you can see in from the bar area.
Went for a nice family anniversary meal terrible we spent £70 so disappointed we ordered a surf and turf scampi was slime and steak was really chewy, curry was cold naan bread was like rock, kids nachos where so dried and damp taste awful would never rush there again we went up and complained to the manager and she didn't care and carried on talking about our complaint to staff infront of us we will never go back so so disappointed
Just had the worst breakfast experience ever. Half an hour after ordering we enquired to find out that breakfasts were running at about an hour late due to the restraunt having run out of bread. We were also informed that we were now forth in the queue and our breakfasts should be with us in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, our breakfasts arrived. Both My sister and I had toast based meals but instead of white bloomer bread we were given cheap, white, thin bread. When I complained to the male duty manager, he made excuses and took no responsibility at all for the fact that customers had not been informed of the problems, when ordering, or told of the inferior product being served He told me that I could complain in writing to the head office but he didn 't know the address, and refused to give me his name.
