Dunkin' - Swanzey

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large hot chocolate, specifically asking them to fill the cup properly this time. However, when I got home and opened it, all I found was light brown water. It's hard to believe they didn't notice when they were filling it. I feel like I deserve a refund of nearly $4 for this.

I've begun visiting this place daily. I always order the sourdough breakfast sandwich and a large regular hot coffee, and it's consistently excellent. The sandwich is never hastily prepared, and the staff is always very friendly.

We expected to face the manager again, especially since we left her still arguing through the speaker. However, when we arrived at the window, we were met by a visibly nervous teenager who seemed to be trying to apologize for the manager's behavior. Thankfully, our drinks were correct, so I appreciated that and gave an extra star for it. Nonetheless, it seems like Erin, the manager, could really use a vacation or perhaps a role that doesn't involve customer service.

Almost a HALF HOUR in the drive through this morning That was fun! When are these Dunks going to get better systems in place? Something clearly isn't working when it takes this long Then got to the window and ONE coffee was made wrong..

I am thoroughly disgusted by the way i could only assume a manager spoke to her staff today. I was in the gas station and overheard a manager raise her voice at an employee. the employee asked her very respectfully to not speak to them like that,understandly so, and the manager responded by raising her voice even more. Right in plain sight near the donut case whereeverybody in the store could hear. That is no way for a manager to speak to an employee and I hope she is severely reprimandedand given the proper consequences. I wish I got the managers name but she had black curly hair in a pony tail. I would give thisreview less than one star if I could as it ruined my day.
