Worst service ever from any subway! Sat in drive-thru for 20 minutes with nobody else in that is a big the store

I used to be able to deal with the little mistakes. There is always a little mistake. Not anymore. First of all, when I go through the drive through, I don 't expect to be told to come in and get it. Regardless of the REASON, I am a paying and loyal customer. Not anymore. There is a reason I came to the drive through. I 've been sick for a month! Your best way to handle that would have been, let me have someone bring it out to you curbside . After all, you had an employee sitting playing on his phone, someone was able to have me sign the receipt when I came in. There was one customer in line. I also saw someone in the back. I managed a Subway for 6 years! There is no reason for the way I was treated today. I will go to Safeway when I want a sandwich from now on. OH!! I asked for extra lettuce in my salad... what happened?? It was a salad for a child who doesn 't want anything but pickles. Really? You have me less than a handful!!! I 'll just call corporate. You fail.

We ordered two 6-in sandwiches, one of the sandwiches was probably 3 in Long. Both of ours had steak the steak tasted old, not very good at all we also ordered a $5 chocolate chip cookie which was so sickening sweet we couldn't even eat it. We live here in Sweet Home and I doubt we'll be returning for a while

Very unorganized and no communication between co-workers. Wife had to repeat her order three times. The miniscule amount of extra onions was ridiculously small. Been to many subways all over the United States. We will not be returning to this particular one.1280 10th Ave SSweet Home Oregon

The last 3 or 4 times I have gone through the drive through in the evening they have toasted my sandwich changing the flavor of a sandwich I regularly order. I always say no to my sandwhich being toasted. It seems if you have a sandwhich in your order being toasted(in my case my husbands) they just toast them all. At least 2 of those times they had also added extra items I had not wanted or missed items I had asked for in my order.
