Hardee's - Sweetwater

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes with no one attending to me, even though there was only one car in the drive-thru. The staff walked in front of us multiple times without acknowledging us at all. I will happily spend my money elsewhere! It seems like Hardee's doesn't care about their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner

The food was flavorful and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly and efficient, deserving a perfect 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and pleasant as well, which also rates a 5. Overall, it was a delightful lunch experience!

I must express how unacceptable it is for any manager or owner to leave a single employee in charge of an entire restaurant. The woman working here truly deserves better than to be left without any assistance. Despite the circumstances, she maintains a positive attitude and provides excellent service. I can't fathom how the person responsible for this establishment could manage everything she is handling alone. It's disgraceful for the manager or owner to expect a single individual to operate the whole store.

Overall my experience was good. I've enjoyed Hardee's for many years. I have no Hardee's location near me in PA, so whenever I see one, I have to go. I LOVE Hardee's. The food is always good. I have never been disappointed, UNTIL this time. My breakfast sandwich was good as a egg and cheese biscuit. HOWEVER, I ordered a loaded omelet biscuit. It was LOADED with egg and cheese, but only had about a teaspoon of onion, pepper and meat on one corner. It was the last bite. It was barely detectable. I know they were short staffed, but come on. It won't deter me from going there though, because I know they can do better.

The MOST unorganized Hardee's in the ENTIRE country....45mins on average order to pickup. A total circus!!
