Heff's Burgers - Sweetwater

Heff's has quickly become my favorite fast food burger spot in West Fort Worth! I really enjoy their Hometown Burger—it’s large and perfectly cooked, unlike the thin, overcooked options at other places. I’m also a fan of their adorable tater tots, and my spouse can’t get enough of the sweet potato fries. Looking forward to my next visit to Heff!

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The house-style burger was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. It reminded me of my mother's homemade burgers and fries. Although my kids weren't too fond of the Heffs Twister Fries, my husband and I really enjoyed them. The kids' meals came with a fun ice cone, which was a nice touch. I also found the children's meals to be quite generous and I'm happy I decided to try the Sweet Potato Fries. I'm really glad we stopped here on our way to Lubbock!

Matching with fresh water around the noon in search of a bite to eat. Saw the Whataburg shield and decided to go there. You were packed so we went to Heff's street? It turned out to be a big decision. We tried a burger, grilled chicken sandwich, onion rings and notes. The food was fast hot and delicious. Much better than what I would have next door.

The burger was decent overall. I have no complaints about the price or portion size. However, the patty could use a bit more seasoning. The fried chips were excellent, deserving of four stars. Service was good as well.

First and last time customer. I recently patronized this business. I ordered the Heff Burger with egg and potato twist fries. Two bites into the burger and I tasted dirt/grit. I think they dropped something on the floor and didn't bother throwing it away but used it instead. The lady in the purple shirt wasn't using gloves and apparently the dress code is very relaxed because as you can see in the picture she has on very short shorts. A customer inquired to the lady in the purple shirt about why was his order so high and when he walked off, she made a mockery about his complaint. I definitely will not be going back.
