The service has become very slow since the staff changes took place. There seems to be a lot of turnover, likely due to the management decisions. Having worked here before, I can say it feels disorganized, and I believe the Colonel would be quite disappointed with this KFC.
I visited the KFC drive-thru again at 4:30 PM and was told I would have to wait over 17 minutes for any chicken. When the staff member at the drive-thru asked what I wanted, I suggested they might have some chicken that’s actually ready for dinner. This isn’t the first time this has happened; you would expect them to have food prepared during supper hours.
They work too slow. 15 min waiting just for sandwich and coffee is too much. Also later I’ve found no napkins in bag from “to go”
Food is usually delicious but not enough for one person. Just a moderate atmosphere.
