Contribuisci feedbackI had a hot soup and an excellent sandwich at this restaurant. The service was good and the seating was okay, although it was packed for lunch.
I requested a black coffee but received an English toffee. My wife ordered two bacon belt sandwiches but was given a muffin and a donut instead. She is diabetic. We requested to speak to the manager, but had to wait 10 minutes. When the manager arrived, we had difficulty understanding their English, but we ended up receiving four bacon belts, four muffins, and four coffees instead of the original order of two bacon belt sandwiches and tea. We tried to pay for our meal but were told we hadn't paid yet. When I asked for a receipt, it became apparent that we had not paid at all. There is no parking for semi-trucks downtown and no designated truck route.
We are truck drivers and pulled off the road to grab a couple coffees and breakfast sandwiches. The lady was very nice and the place is very clean. Everything was good until we left and realized that both of our large coffees were filled up only 1/2 - 3/4 of the way to the tops. We do not have time to stop for coffees all of the time, so when we get a Large coffee, it is supposed to last a while. Given the amount that is missing,(the amount of another small coffee) we will probably have to stop again in another hour. Not a happy customer whatsoever. As drivers we spend at least $15 a day on Tim Hortons coffee and don't need to spend anymore than we have too. NOT IMPRESSED.
We stop at it every time we drive though Swift! It has great friendly staff and is really clean as well!
