Britannia Kebab Fish Chips - Swindon

I have had good experiences with the food at this restaurant in the past, so I decided to pre-order for a scheduled delivery time. However, despite giving them over an hour's notice, my food still hasn't arrived over an hour later. I was informed that it was dispatched late due to bad traffic, but I find this hard to believe. I could have driven to Reading and back in the time it's taking for my food to arrive, which is frustrating. Additionally, I had to feed my children before bed, so a late arrival at 7pm was not convenient at all. Simply put, this level of service is not acceptable. Apologies do not make up for the inconvenience caused.

We have been loyal customers of Brittania Kebabs for 3 years and have always recommended them. Tonight, we ordered the same meal as before, with the salad separate from the kebabs as we had done in the past. However, this time, everything arrived together. When we called the takeout to address this issue, we were informed that they don't always read the notes. This was concerning as someone could have had an allergy. Despite this, we were still asked to pay separately. I would like to thank the person I spoke to for their great customer service, but unfortunately, we will not be using Britannia Kebabs again. It is a shame after being such loyal customers in the past.

The takeaway delivery service for children was excellent - faster than the estimated time. The chicken nuggets, chips, and pizza were all as expected and good value. Thank you!

Great food great service visited more than twenty times. All food freshly cooked excellent service a reliably good quality.

My first visit here most likely my last. Was not impressed at all. I ordered Chips and Large battered sausage. The chips were dry and leathery in texture like they been stuck in the warmer to long. The batter on the sausage was not crispy. Overall didn’t enjoy my food had to bin half of it.
