I ordered chicken tikka masala and keema naan, but opted out of getting rice. The food was flavorful, however, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. In the past, the food was served in aluminum trays, but last night it came in a much smaller plastic container, which was only half full. When I raised this issue with the restaurant, they essentially told me that's what I would get. The keema naan was very dry, to the point where it would have been better used as a shin-pad shoved in my sock. I chose not to order rice because I found it to be overpriced. Overall, receiving half portions of curry and a dehydrated naan did not feel worth the money. As a result, I do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again.
I recently had the chicken tikka masala at this restaurant with some sides. Overall, everything was delicious, but the only flaw was the onion bhaji, which was a little too crispy for my liking.
My daughter recommended this place, so I decided to give it another try after an okay first experience. The food was really delicious, but the delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes, which always puts me off. The set meal for 2 was good value, but the long delivery time might make us go back to our usual takeaway option.
We have just tried them this evening from our usual Indian , we do regret cause we ordered lamb tikka with chicken dansk and both dishes are no where near Indian food, you could not even taste any Indian spice, the pilau rice had no pilau spices at all. We have had to throw it and order from our usual one. I don’t recommend
Ordered 2 chicken tikka pathia’s one madras hot and the other mild. They were both very similar in spice which was disappointing, the chicken tikka was dry, tough and was like it was defrosted. Had a hair on my poppadoms, the only good thing really to come out of it was the naan bread but that’s not difficult to get wrong. If you’re thinking of going here I’d reconsider and try somewhere else, not worth wasting your money on.
