Shaw Kebab Pizza House - Swindon

The cold lamb kebab and burger I ordered from this restaurant, even though I live across the road, were not very enjoyable.

I would not recommend this restaurant. They are likely to take your order and not deliver. It's best not to pay with your card. After reading all the 1-star reviews about the food, I'm relieved that my order wasn't delivered. It's a good thing I dodged that bullet.

I tried to support a local business during challenging times, but unfortunately, the food was terrible. The chicken burger was undercooked and tasteless. They also tried to overcharge us when we picked up our order and showed no customer care, even insinuating that we were lying. They even expected me to retrieve food from an external bin during the COVID-19 pandemic. The only enjoyable thing was the can of Fanta. I will not be returning and recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Used to frequent this place quite a bit when the owners/staff were polite and courteous and the food was great. Now unfortunately, all seem to have gone downhill. Most notably the staff! So rude and non-attentive. Took my order wrong on 3 occasions in the same order. They seemed argumentative when I said I didn't ask for chicken! Once I got my food I left not knowing what I was going to eat. Luckily I do admit that the good was ok, but the staff let this place down. Don't want to comment more on the food other than it was ok. Won't be back

Best taste kabab?? more like gross taste the chicken donna tasted like it was frozen and the lamb donna as if its been reheated several times over a week. My cat didnt even show any interest in it and that says a lot. Worst kebab i have ever had. Not only was the kebab the most disgusting taste the pool at the bottom if it was enough for a goldfish to swim in. Arived 20 minutes late and cold if i could do minus stars i would.
