Waitrose Cafe Swindon

The staff at this restaurant were extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I was served by two older women who seemed disinterested and dismissive towards customers. The food was carelessly thrown on the table and the overall service was extremely poor. This was the worst front of house experience I have ever had.

Worst waitrose in the UK this Swindon branch has limited staff since April 2022, so they only limit what can be served bit ridiculous if you have lack of staff for a year emot more staff the manager of this branch is useless and should resign this shows poor management and serious poor communication. 0/10

Disappointing full menu displayed. I requested begin breakfast and told they were only cooking bacon or sausage, if I wanted veggie then I would only be able to have porridge or pastry. Shame really as we where going for breakfast before doing a monthly shop. Not the standards one expects from Waits. Went to M&S instrad. They couldn’t do more for us. £300 later.

Fabulous brunch of crushed avocado on toast was served with a wide choice of hot beverages and juices. Friendly staff and clean, fresh tables. Highly recommended

The restaurant was clean, but the coffee was very weak. The green tea was good, but having a pitcher of tap water available in the cafe would be beneficial.
