Zara Zara - Swindon

I stayed in Shrivenham for a few days and decided to try out a nice curry house. There are plenty in the area, but this one stood out. I’m very glad we chose this one. We arrived fairly early after they opened and were the first ones in. We ordered two popadoms and four came out, but we weren't charged for the extra two. The chutney tray was excellent. My friend ordered the naga curry and I had chicken tikka bhuna. Both dishes were outstanding. I can’t handle a lot of spice, but my friend really enjoyed her naga. The bhuna was the best I've ever had, and the chicken was marinated perfectly. We also had garlic and cheese naan, which was delicious. I liked how they stuffed the cheese inside instead of just sprinkling it on top. The staff were incredibly friendly. The owner even offered to do something special for us next time we visit. I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area again. Highly recommend this restaurant!

My friends and I dined at this restaurant last week. It was bustling with a fantastic atmosphere. The food was once again outstanding - hot and flavorful. We started with chicken tikka and onion bhaji, followed by a delicious Goan curry, balti mushroom rice, and freshly baked naan bread. We have visited several times since the summer and the restaurant consistently delivers exceptional food and service.

I had a great dining experience at this charming restaurant with welcoming staff and delicious food at an affordable cost. I would definitely return here if I find myself in the area again.

Ordered 2 curries, naan, rice and the mixed kebab, all of which were absolutely lovely. This is by far the best curry house locally and I will definitely be ordering again, the set meal for one is fantastic and can (In my opinion) certainly feed 2 people, which is under £10 per person. All in all, I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, quick service and really nice prepared food with a great taste. Good portion sizes and the price is reasonable too.
