Worst customer service ever! Called to let them know my order was wrong which was Hawaiian pizza with onion. Which it had been pepper not onion and the girl on the phone was real nice and was willing to fix it. then called me back a minute later to tellme that the manager wouldn't replace my order cause the Hawaiian pizza comes with green pepper but it still had no onion. Mindyou their menu doesn't say anything about green pepper on it. When my husband goes to return it and get our money back for apizza that was made wrong the manager was giving my husband grief for returning it telling him and telling him that we wasted 20dollars of his food for nothing. I don't know who owns this that place now but maybe want to look into how you're Manger treatscustomers I've worked in this service for over 20yra and never have treated a customer the way we were treated today! I will notbe a return customer

Lately I have been seeing a lot of complaints about the customer service here, I have never had that experience they are so kind and the delivery drivers are super cool and nice too. I am spoiled too in the aspect of having grown up closer to Chicago andhaving a bunch of great mom and pop places to choose dinner on a Friday from. But I recommend this place 5/5 everytime. Kidslove the pasta too.
