The custard is quite good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. There is plenty of outdoor seating available for picnics on the grass, as well as a small number of tables in the back parking area and a few in the front. The prices are a bit high, but that seems to be the norm these days.
This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Midwest. It is hands down the best! They also offer nice seating in the shade out back for the warmer days. The addition of a food ice cream truck to their small business has been another key to their success. The truck can be found at many local events.
Typically good, but my parfait came with excessive hot fudge and only two pieces of Snickers. There was hardly any custard in it.
Took my boys here for the first time, and they loved it. I hadn't been there for years. We live in the town that Culver's was founded, and the boys said the custard was just as good, if not better at Ollie's.
