I recently had a tasting for my upcoming wedding at this restaurant. The food was bland and the cupcakes looked sloppy. After deciding not to choose them for my event, I sent a polite email stating that we were going in a different direction. I had placed a $200 deposit to secure the date, and despite several attempts to get it refunded, I received no response. This is not a good way to conduct business. I am not looking to argue with the owner, just sharing my experience. It would have been better if they had communicated their stance on the deposit issue. The beef served was dry and lacking in flavor. While the restaurant had white tablecloths, the presentation of the cupcakes was unimpressive. Usually, cupcakes from a bakery do not look so messy, especially during a tasting. I wish I had taken pictures. We did not sign a contract with them as it was only sent afterwards. Even though it was just $200, it was a lesson learned for me. I advise others to taste the food and meet the owner before making a deposit.

I have been a customer for years and recently purchased half a dozen cupcakes. Unfortunately, I cannot find a better way to describe it other than the icing tasted like cigarettes. The buttercream has always been fantastic, but something is now completely different and very off.

We absolutely adore Sweet Dream and have been loyal customers for over a decade, indulging in their delicious cupcakes, cookies, and cakes. The butter cream frosting is unbeatable. The owner consistently goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Thank you.

I have to do this with the fact that I'm not a cookie person... The cookies here so tasty it makes me like my grandmother made them. They are huge, soft and yet slightly crunchy at the edges.... Oh, my God. Do yourself a favor... just try. Try the cowboy, a real audience lover. If you like Ingwerbread, try the Ingwer Snap Cookies. Absolutely removable and the size of a plate. Much better than Crumbl cookies by far. The staff is always so nice. They support small businesses and young you will appreciate it. I'm going home for 40 minutes to get those bad guys. You're so good.

If I could give a zero I would.I called a month in advance for a toy story themed cake. Not only did they have to be reminded of the order, this was what I got. Not even remotely toy story. Not toy story colors or design. The words were sloppy and hastily done.To make it better. The cake felt like it had been frozen. It was stiff and hard. It was completely tasteless too. Not even a sweet flavor from the frosting.On top if it all, the smash cake was frozen and couldn't be smashed. Ruined that moment.I don't recommend for any moment that are special like a first birthday.
