The Baron - Sydney

Dan iv'e known for a few years, makes a good coffee and plenty of food options on the menu. Keep up the good work Baron.

Was pretty happy with experience at The Baron. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Went for breakfast when they weren 't really busy. I 've walked past on weekends during lunch and it can be pretty popular. I had the bacon and egg wrap with a coffee. Both were well above average. The wrap was delicious but it didn 't stand out beyond some of the other good examples of breaky wraps I 've had. The same went for the coffee. It was good but didn 't stand out beyond the other good coffee options at Castle Towers.

Overall: 3.8/5 Good, laidback vibes situated outside Castle Towers opposite of the metro station exit. The smoked salmon croissant was good from the crispy shell and soft inside of the croissant to the standard nicely smoked salmon and gooey egg. 4/5 The spicy egg combination wasn't a huge hit for me. Mushrooms and spinach were seasoned well, bacon was decent. 3.5/5

Wow. The coffee here is amazing. The service is extremely professional yet also fun. The menu is fantastic, well-designed, ecologically sustainable, and locally sourced. Not to mention, the food is super tasty. The restaurant has a great industrial feel to it. While it may be on the pricey side, it is definitely worth a visit if you are in the Hills area.
