Kuro Dining - Sydney (NSW)

The food was delicious overall, but the fish dish in the main course section was disappointing and not worth the price. The service was subpar, with slow drink service and inattentive staff. For a restaurant of this caliber, better service is expected. We were also disappointed that we were not provided with cutlery to eat our oysters, and it took a long time for our water glasses to be refilled.

This restaurant was fantastic! The atmosphere was great and the menu was thoughtfully prepared. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients. The chef even accommodated our dairy sensitivity. This was our second dinner here and we will definitely be returning.

Decided to try Kuro Bar Dining on Kent St in Sydney’s CBD. Wow! What a wolf in sheeps clothing! The Chef, who has obviously cut his teeth in a French kitchen has blended this influence with the precision and detail of Japanese cuisine. A multi-layer flavour experience wrapped up in delicious works of art. A true display of a well balanced thought-out set, each course intelligently complimenting the last. The effort and skill in the kitchen is reflected on the plate. Great value and thanks to all the fantastic staff and compliments to the Chef!! We will be back for more!!
